how to make changes in scanned document?

PLEASE HELP.
IS THERE ANY WAY TO EDIT SCANNED FORM.
I HAVE SCANNED  FORM AND NOW I WANT TO CHANGE FEW THINGS IN THAT FORM.
MY SYSTEM IS OFFICE 2010
----------------
OK.
OCR programs take the TEXT out of a picture, they do not reconstruct a form for you to fill out.
.You have to have a program that has OCR which means Optical Character Recognition. The programs are not included in MS office.
Google OCR programs.
-------------
If it is a text document you have to scan it using an OCR program. Office XP had built in OCR support but 2010 does not. If it is a picture I recommend you use a program called GIMP. It is free and runs well. You can scan and save the picture in several different formats allowing for manipulation inside Office or other photo editing software.
-----------
Before doing this you have to use an OCR program (Optical Character Recognition). With this software you will be able to convert your scanned document in a Word format document, so you will be able to edit it with the Microsoft Word.

what you want to do, is not possible. Only way to properly write on a form, is that you have the original digital computer version of it, sure you can scan it, but you can not use / write on the same way. Sure you can use the computer to ADD text into the form, if you scan it as a picture, and then use the Microsoft paint program to add text on the fields. But its not the same as having the original digital form to write on.

THANK YOU.
