SHOULD I GO WITH CISS FOR MY INK-JET PRINTER

FACTS OF USING CISS FOR INK-JET PRINTERS

CISS means Continuous Ink Supply System KIT.

Now a days Most of Ink-jet Printer users are option to use CISS, but its not actually worth for the user who has very less printing job.
If you are dealing with bulk printing daily, then CISS is best option for you.
It saves your cartridge refilling cost and also per page printing cost is very less as compared to normal ink-cartridge usage.

But CISS system works on Vacuum .If the air gets formed in the ink passing tubes then print quality will get affected. Also if you don’t keep the INK system at proper level, then also printing problems will be noticed. For example if you keep the system too high then ink will leak in to the printer automatically. If you keep the ink system way too low from printer level then no print out will come, or the print with cutting lines will get printed.
Also if low quality ink is used then ink will get jammed in the print head. On that case complete CISS with Ink cartridge has to be replaced.
If you don’t use your CISS ink regularly then ink towards the Print head gets dried and forms a powder layer and that blocks the holes in printing head. And most of cases the issue is noticed with Yellow color. The Yellow ink forms power quickly then any other color.
And if one color is no printing, then except black all other colors will get affected by it.

So if you have bulk printing jobs then yes go with CISS, it will benefit you. But if you are normal printer user like 2 to 3 or 5 to 10 prints daily, then go with normal printer, don’t get CISS system, it will not make you any benefit.

NOTE: -- If you are using CISS then please keep your printer and CISS bottle away from dust. These dust particles gets into the CISS ink bottles and that gets collected in the ink and mix with ink and pass to the print head with ink flow and that creates lots of problem to printer.

Cartridge refilling ink has many qualities. But that same ink will not work in CISS. There is special CISS ink. With that correct ink, your CISS kit will last long. If you use any kind of normal cartridge ink, then CISS will get blocked with that ink and get damaged.

HP PRINTER DETAILS:

Why HP is Most Preferable Printer Brand

Hp is No.1 choice for both ink-jet and laser printers. Hp has developed the printer for every requirement. From low cost to high cost there are vast numbers of Hp printer models to select from.
Hp printers are long lasting and heavy duty printers. But one thing that frustrates the Hp printer buyer is cost of its cartridges. Let it be laser or inkjet the cost of Hp printer cartridges in regular market is way too high.
Yes agreed that print quality is very good and attractive on hp cartridges but still there should be some cost reduction. The regular Hp printer users are not able to afford the Hp cartridges.
Most of the Hp printer users are opting for Recycled cartridges. And these recycled cartridges are in no ways damaging the printer’s life.
Just make sure you buy good quality re-cycled toner cartridge from branded makers of recycle cartridges.

Other benefit on Hp print cartridges is that Hp cartridges gets refilled highest number of times then any other printer brand cartridges.
Hp print cartridges have long life if used regularly and properly.

But one thing is not digestible with Hp printers.
Previously Hp printer manufacturers were proving full quantity cartridges with every new printer purchased.
Let it be ink-jet or laser printer, you get full quantity cartridge free with new printer kit box.
But now the Hp makers are not providing those full cartridges, but providing demo cartridges also called as trial version or introductory cartridges.
And with these free cartridges the printer buyer is not at all happy.
Because with these cartridges the print page quantity is 10% as compared to actual genuine print cartridges.
So the Hp printer buyer has to buy new ink cartridges or laser cartridges when free in box cartridges gets over. And cost of new cartridge is very high as compared to other printer manufacturing brands.
If HP can rethink about its policy and cut down bit of its profit and provide full cartridges with purchase of every new printer then these will make its buyer more satisfied and may be this will also increase the sale of HP printer.

But Printer wise HP is the best choice; just make sure you maintain the printer well and use it regularly, with good quality paper and good quality cartridges.

CANON PRINTER DETAILS:

Should You Go For Canon Printer Or Not

Canon is very famous brand. Printer buyers choose Canon printers due to their reputation in industry. The name itself attracts the buyer to go for canon printer products.

But for your information I would like to say, the print resolution for canon ink cartridges is not very impressive compared to Epson color prints.

But canon printers are affordable, the cost of canon printer cartridges is not over expensive and can printers have no issue with refilled or recycled ink cartridges. It lasts long and has good number of printouts.

But one problem is noticed on latest canon print cartridges. There is a copper circuit on each print cartridge. But on canon print cartridges the circuit is made up of very cheap plastic material and due to this the circuit on these cartridges is very delicate. On some cases the cartridge gets short just after refilling. The delicate plastic circuit gets short due to silly reasons, which are hard to believe. The circuit gets pressed and it shorts.
Other wise canon ink-jet printer is not a bad choice at all.

For canon laser printers I will say, canon is making good brand of laser printers too. But most of canon laser printers at present are very much similar to famous HP laser printers.

The laser toner cartridge used is Canon printer can be used in similar model of Hp laser printer and vice versa. Not for All laser printer models, but few models of canon and Hp are similar.Like Canon LBP 2900 cartridge is similar to Hp 1010 and 1020 Printer cartridges.

Let it be laser or ink-jet cannon is worth to buy.

SAMSUNG PRINTER DETAILS:

Plus And Minus Of Investing In Samsung Brand Printers

Samsung Printers are not very famous.

There are two types of Printers made by Samsung.
Ink-jet and Laser printers.

Samsung ink jet printers are not very much liked by printer buyers.
These is because the cost of their cartridges.
The ink cartridges are not much refillable. And due to this Samsung ink-jet printer user has to invest in new cartridges again n again and that irritates the client. Nowadays every one needs the printer which has ink cartridge that can be refilled multiple times.
So Samsung Ink-jet printer is ignored.
One thing I would like o say is there are no vast models of Samsung ink-jet printer, but Samsung ink-jet printers are long lasting, but its just ignored due to its ink cartridges not getting refilled again n again.
The Samsung printer makers can make the difference, if they can create some printer models with low cost new cartridges and cartridges that have good possibility of getting refilled multiple times.

Now coming to Samsung Laser printers.

Samsung laser cartridges have same issue of getting refilled. Samsung has made the cartridge internal mechanism in such a way, that even after getting the cartridge refilled, the quality of print differs from original cartridges and in the same way the cost of new laser toner cartridge for Samsung is quite costly.

But for Samsung in the field market of color laser printer Samsung has launched few very attractive and affordable printers. Many printer buyers who need color laser prints for low cost are opting towards Samsung color laser printers. Also the print quality for those printers is very beautiful. It’s a Compaq and sleek model not very space consuming.

So in requirement of color laser you can definitely opt for Samsung color laser printers.

EPSON PRINTER DETAILS:

Pros And Cons Of Buying Epson Brand Printer

Epson is good brand of printer manufacturer. Epson deals in all dot-matrix, ink-jet and laser jet printers.

Epson is master in Dot-Matrix printers and no one can beat Epson printers in that.

Epson Dot-Matrix printers are said to be one of the most  long lasting and worth printers.
If you are in need to buy Dot-matrix printer then Epson is your best option, its worth to invest.
But dot-matrix printers are now not in interest of buyers. On certain firms like banks, medical bill printing, courier bill printing, continuous printouts requirement etc only Dot-matrix can do that for you.
Other then these firms no body now prefers to go for Dot-matrix printers.

Next comes Epson Ink-jet printers.
The ink-jet printers by Epson are one of the most affordable printers, but these printers are not durable. Once the printer face the mechanism problem or head assembly issue then going for new printer is advisable, because repairing and parts cost more then new printer.

Epson ink-jets printers are not worth investing for long term. Because most of the regular Epson inkjet printers have life of approx 1 year to 1 1/2 year.
Printing wise Epson printer is the best, it gives you accurate color impression.
But you get these good results only with original Epson print cartridges.
Epson inkjet cartridges are not very costly as compared to other printer brands. But you don’t get good quantity of prints from Epson ink cartridges. For example cost of Black ink-jet cartridge is Approx 12 dollars and in that you get just 50 to 70 prints.
In the same way Approx cost of color cartridge is 18 to 25 dollars and in that you get 50 to 70 color prints. If you go for color photo prints you get hardly 25 to 30 good quality photos of “6 by 6”.
So the per print cost is very costly.

Epson Laser printers are not that famous like other Brand printers.
When it comes to choose laser printer the buyers prefer Hp or canon laser printers.

So for Epson printers Dot-matrix is best choice, if your requirement is dotmatrix.

And if your need very accurate color prints then Epson printer is worth to buy, but be aware that Epson printers don’t last long so that should be taken care of.
Don’t use recycled or refilled ink cartridges in Epson printer, there is 99 % chance of your printer getting damaged, if non-genuine Epson cartridge is used.

At out Printer Store we don’t suggest Epson Printers to buyers because now a days client needs long lasting products, Epson is less costly but it gives lots of problem once the cartridges are over.
When new cartridges are inserted, it does self cleaning. In self cleaning cycle the printer utilizes half of the cartridge ink.

Epson is just preferred by buyers die to its print quality. The colors look original and vibrant. The color photos are sharp and look real.

Why Getting free cartridge with new printer is not worth?

Waste Of Free Print Cartridges

Every printer manufacturing company provides free cartridge with new printer. So when ever you purchase a new printer you can free cartridge in it.

If you buy ink-jet printer then you get one set of color and black cartridge absolutely free.

In the same way when you buy laser printer then you get one piece of laser cartridge free with the printer.

But these free cartridge is not worth due to these reasons mentioned below:----

1) It’s a demo cartridge.
2) Its just a trial version or you can say its introductory cartridge.
3) It just gives you 20 to 25 printouts and that is very less.
4) It hardly lasts day or two.
5) These free demo cartridges are also not worth to be refilled when it gets empty.
6) In case if you get it refilled then also it will not give you lots of printouts.
7) The ink holding sponge capacity of these introductory cartridges is very less.

So due to these reasons once the free cartridge is over the printer using customer has to opt for new cartridge or another compatible cartridge.

This is printer making company’s technique to attract the client to buy printer.

Actually they keep the cost of new brand printer very competitive and affordable and including that they advertise that printer buyer will get two new cartridges free, but they never mention that two new cartridges which come over with new printer kit are DEMO cartridges.

So once you buy the printer, you will not throw the printer after free cartridges are over and you will forcefully without any other options go for new cartridges and here the company will earn from you by keeping the cost of new cartridges too high.
Because there is no other option to use the printer without cartridges.

But now a days recycled cartridges are best option, it gives you good quality prints and also more printouts as compared to original cartridges. Original cartridge makers fill the cartridge to some certain level only, even though there is more ink capacity, but recycle cartridge makers fill the cartridge to its full level, so when you compare the print quantity you get more prints when compared to new cartridges.

What is much better new, compatible or refilled cartridges?

Difference Between New Cartridges And Compatible Cartridges.

False Effect Of Using Refilled Cartridges For your Printer.

When you buy a new printer, in most of printers you get free cartridges.
Once that free cartridges are over you have to decide whether to buy another new cartridge or opt with refilling cartridges.

Buying new brand seal pack cartridge costs too much as compared to refilling the cartridge. But on some cases refilling cartridge is not possible.
If the cartridge gets short it cannot be reused, if the cartridge gets dried up, it cannot be refilled.

On that case many printer users opt for compatible cartridges, in other words re-manufactured/ recycled cartridges.
The printer manufacturer companies say don’t use refilled or recycled cartridges, these may damage your printer and it can void printer warranty.

Yes this is agreed, but in real recycled cartridges are not bad cartridges. It will never damage printer in any way.
But always prefer buying re-cycled cartridges from branded makers. Some local cartridge refilling companies, use very low quality laser toner powder and used laser materials to recycle the cartridge and these creates problem, but in that also your printer don’t get harmed, the problem you get is with quality of print outs. Please use quality product, properly inspect the recycled cartridges condition, if it looks like laser toner power is leaking then don’t insert that cartridge in printer, the leaking powder can get collected on the laser lens and these can cause problem to the printer.

HOW THE PRINTER PRINTS?

Printers Way Of Printing And Per Page Print Costs

WORKING OF YOUR PRINTER

There are two kinds of printer, one is LaserJet and another is ink-jet.

Laser prints by fuser method. The fuser warms and gets hot at required level and this makes the printing possible and inkjet the ink is sprayed from its nozzle and it prints.

For me personally used both forms of printer for years and dealing with repairing  laser and inkjet printers as per my viewpoint, laser printer is one of the best technological creativity triumphs.

This is the short overview of its functioning and working procedure.
There are two main things. One is printer and other is cartridge.

Inside the laser printer there are main parts such as fuser assembly, laser beam, pressure roller etc.

And inside cartridge there is pressure roller, drum unit, doctor blade, wiper blade, magnet roller, etc.

Now when you give a print command to the printer the laser beam in the printer projects an impression of copy on selenium coated, charged rotating drum of the laser cartridge. The laser light generates the negative image of the text to be printed, onto the charged drum. These all works by the simple principle of photo conductivity.

Other part in the laser printer which makes the printing possible is lenses and mirrors.

Laser cartridge selenium coated aluminum Drum is very important part of laser printing.
Inside the laser toner cartridge there is a magnetic toner powder. When you give a command to print the laser printer warms and get ready to print, at these stage the selenium coating on the drum becomes photoconductive.
Photoconductive means it loses charge, only in those areas, which are not to be printed. The drum spins and picks up dried up laser particles, only from those regions which are still charged. As a result, the drum imprints powder onto paper, by the effect of heat and one on one contact with paper. And printed paper comes out. Reading these procedure takes bit of time, but the actual outcome of print is very quick. These all is done in seconds. A normal laser printer takes 2 seconds to print a copy.
So it’s worth buying to experience its working at your office or for your personal use.

Another Best Printing innovation is ink-jet printer.
Go through the inkjet printer working procedure explained below.
The working of Ink-jet printer is simple as compared to laser printer.
The ink-jet printer has main parts like encoder strip, carriage where cartridges are inserted, round encoder, a circuit board.
And most important the ink-cartridge.
Inkjet printers use piezoelectric material.
When the print command is given the electric voltage is applied to that piezoelectric material, it vibrates, changing shape and size. This generates a pressure pulse in the ink fluid filled chamber of the cartridge, making the nozzle spurt out tiny droplets of ink. And with that your printouts gets printed.
For inkjet printer it takes approx 30 to 40 seconds for single printout to print.

Cartridge Cost for laser and inkjets discussed below:

For inkjet printer cost of new black cartridge is approx 15 to 20 dollars and cost of color cartridge is approx 20 to 35 dollars.
The cost of new cartridges varies from printer to printer models.

In the same way cost of new black printing laser cartridge is Approx 55 to 75 dollars.
And cost of per color printing laser cartridge is Approx 50 to 75 dollars.
There are 3 color plus one black laser cartridge in color laser printer.
The 3 main colors are cyan (blue), Yellow and magenta (pink). From these 3 major colors other various colors gets formed and printed.

Refilling cost for printer cartridges:

Normal cartridge refilling cost for black inkjet cartridge is 2 to 3 dollars.
And normal color refilling cost inkjet printer is 3 to 5 dollars.
On some latest printers there is a 3 separate color ink tanks, on that printers per color refilling cost is Approx 2 to 3 dollars.

The refilling cost may decrease more if you go for more low quality inks. But that inks damage the cartridges and print quality is not that good to read.

In the same way cost for black laser cartridge starts from minimum of $ 10 to maximum of $25.The cost varies on quality of laser powder used.

For color laser refilling the per cartridge refilling cost is Approx $15 to maximum of $30.

Printout quantity for inkjets and laser cartridges:

For black inkjet cartridges you get approx 80 to 150 printouts.
For color inkjet cartridges you get approx 60 to 100 printouts.
But if you go for color photo prints then approx 15 to 30 full page prints can be obtained from one color cartridges.

In the sane way for laser print cartridges you get approx 1500 to 2000 print outs for black laser cartridge.

And for color laser prints you get 700 to 1000 color prints , if you go for photo prints then you get approx 400 to 600 color full page photo print outs.

Laser vs. Inkjet Printer

BEFORE GOING TO INVEST IN NEW PRINTER

In printers normally there are 3 types Laser, ink-jet and dot matrix.
Dot-matrix is old day printer very rarely used in banks and couriers billing offices.
So the two options left with you is Laser Jet Printer or Ink-Jet Printer.

Which printer offers you the best service?

The rapid and highly accurate laser printer or slow-moving but superior-at-colors inkjet?

A peek at the laser vs. inkjet comparability description will help you to decide.

First thing inkjet printers starting range is very less by cost as compared to laser printer.

In ink-jet printer you get both black/white and color printouts. But in laser printer you only get black/white prints.

For getting color print outs you need to buy color laser jet,but cost of color laser-jet is too much as compared to ink-jet printers.

Now-a-days printer is significantly required for any personal or business firm. Used for urgently printing documents to color photos, printer technologies have progressed to offer multiple purposes. Both Laser and Inkjet are preferred by the buyer and have widespread apps today. Both designed separately and have progressed to offer various specifications and useful functions.
When choosing which one is better then other, it gets very difficult.
There is no trick in choosing which is better. The only option is to know what your actual requirement is and decide on a printing solution that suits your demands.
Other thing that stops you of buying you a required printer is financial issue. You like some printer and the cost is much more then your budget.
But there are vast numbers of options to select from, so you never get stuck up.

Every printer manufacturing company is making its best possible product and providing best possible offer to attract the printer buying client.

Below i will mention the Pros and cons of both Laser and inkjet printer.

Dealing with repairs of all brands on printers in both laser and ink-jets for years, i personally got vast knowledge in its working and other issues.

Due to its low cost and benefit of getting both black-white and color printouts inkjet printer is very much preferred by the buyer.
In the same way due to its sharpness in printing and quick printing speed laser printers are also very much liked by the buyers.
As per my experience both technologies are outstanding options in particular requirement.
These days everybody needs fast and quick service, no body likes to wait and waste there time so when it comes to quality printing in huge quantities of prints, Laser is a very good deal. Now in the same way, folks are worried due to recession and earning daily income is getting very difficult. So to invest in a costly laser printer gets difficult. So buyer prefers going for ink-jet printer, because it solves there printing issue as well as its not that costly as compared to laser printer. But mostly inkjet is preferred by people who are mainly focused on photo printing. But the offices and company firms, where color prints and photo prints are hardly required they prefer Normal black and white Mono Laser printers.

The head-to-head comparison between laser and inkjet printers shown here: --------

First we will go through Ink-jet Printer details:

BENEFITS OF INK-JET PRINTER:
1) It has Good Photo print quality results.
2) Its affordable to every buyer.
3) It has possibility of printing both color and black-white prints.
4) Its compact and less heavy. (Not all models, but most are easy to carry).
5) Refilling cost is less for ink-jet cartridges.

PROBLEMS FACED ON INK-JET PRINTER:
1) The text printing quality is not very good on most of inkjet printers, when you compare the text print with laser prints.
2) The ink-jet print out gets smudges on low quality paper.
3) The ink cartridges get dried up, if not used for few days.
4) Some low cost ink-jet printers are very delicate. To maintain the cost, the companies use very low quality material parts. So it doesn’t last long.
5) It cannot be used at one stretch, when it comes to loads of printing volumes.
6) Ink-jet printers are very noisy while printing and it makes too much noise while starting alignment period.

Now let’s go with Laser Printer details:

BENEFITS OF USING LASER PRINTER:
1) It prints with great speed. Client gets attracted by its quick printing rate.
2) Its text printing is very sharp, there is no smudge noticed in laser prints as compared to ink-jet prints.
3) It saves on per page printing cost, when it comes to large printing volumes.
4) It saves time.
5) Laser printers are very quite and silent while printing.
6) Now a days compatible cartridges are available, so these saves lot for the buyer as compared to new laser cartridges.( Either buy genuine original cartridges ,and if you go for compatible cartridges then, its suggested to buy compatible cartridges from branded and reputable companies, few to be named are cartridge world, Printronics, etc).

PROBLEMS WITH LASER PRINTER:
1) Laser printers are quite expensive as compared to inkjet.
2) If you opt for color laser printer then cost is too much.
3) The color quality for low costly laser printers is very poor as compared to ink-jet printer.
4) On regular laser printer you only get benefit of black-white copies and no color copies can be printer, on ink -jet printer you get benefit of both.
5) Laser printers are very heavy.
6) Repairing cost is very high on laser printer failure.
7) It requires specific type of paper for printing. Suppose if you use sticker paper on normal laser printer then sticker paper will get stuck up in the roller and printer needs to be repaired, on inkjet printer there is so such problems.
8) The cost of new laser cartridges is very costly.
9) Refilling toner is good, but if its not refilled properly, then toner power leaks and these creates lots of problem in laser printers.
10) Laser printer depends on heat for printing. Inside the printer there is fuser assembly. On some printer models the fuser assembly warm up time is too much and these sometimes frustrates the user. Also if fuser assembly gets weak, it effects the print quality.

These are detailed description for both kinds of printer.

Both are good for printing.

Its upon you to choose the printer.

You can go with laser printer, if you have lots of printing job and mostly in black-white.

You can go with ink-jet printer if you need color prints and photos including black-white printing and all in low costs. But yes it will take time to print, that you will have to bear with.
